You will need:
-salt
-baking soda
-water
-a small bowl
-a toothbrush
Mix about 1 tsp of salt with 1 tsp baking soda.
Add a small amount of water to make it a paste. (roughly 1/2-1 tsp)
Mixxxxxxxxxxx!
'Scoop' some out with your toothbrush and pat onto your teeth.
Don't close your mouth or cover your teeth with your lips if you can help it.
Wait about a minute.
Rinse off.
Tips.
-stuff your upper and bottom lip with half a cotton ball to easily keep your lips off the teeth
